At Tovavia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@tovavia.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@tovavia.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your claim and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow:

  • Up to 10 business days for us to process the refund after approval

  • Additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to post the refund
