Shipping & Transit Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location and carrier availability.

We currently ship through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other regional delivery partners.

Order Tracking

Missing, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at info@tovavia.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help provide a resolution. In some cases, replacement items or refunds may be offered after the carrier's investigation is completed.
